Yes. You can book directly via WhatsApp, LINE, or KakaoTalk without a Korean phone number. English support is available — no Korean taxi app installation required.

Do drivers speak English?

Yes. We prioritize assigning English-speaking drivers for foreign passengers. Business and VIP customer support is also available.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver will wait at the Incheon Airport arrivals exit with a name board displaying your name, or connect with you via message. Quick boarding with no complicated transfers.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight in real-time and automatically adjust pickup times for delays. No extra contact needed — we handle it safely.

Are tolls and parking fees included?

Yes. Airport pickup flat-rate fares include highway tolls and standard waiting time. Any special requests that incur additional parking fees will be communicated in advance.

Can I book for late-night or early-morning flights?

Yes. We operate 24/7 and can accommodate late-night arrivals, early-morning departures, and dawn flights.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for passengers traveling with infants. Please let us know when booking.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept on-site card payments, cash payments, and some pre-payments. Payment method details are provided at booking.

Can I load ski gear and golf bags?

Yes. Our jumbo taxis and vans are optimized for loading ski equipment, golf bags, and oversized luggage.

Do you offer long-distance rides to Busan or Gangwon-do?

Yes. We operate nationwide long-distance transfer services to Busan, Daegu, Jeonju, Gyeongju, Gangwon-do ski resorts, and more. Fixed-rate quotes provided in advance.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes. We can arrange multiple vehicles for groups of 10 or more. Mini-vans (12–14 passengers) and full-size buses (24–45 passengers) are available for corporate events, ski trips, and tour groups.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% charge for cancellations 12–24 hours before. Full charge for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows. Flight changes and emergencies are handled flexibly — please contact us immediately.

How long will my driver wait at the airport?

Your driver will wait at the arrivals exit for up to 60 minutes after your flight lands — free of charge. We track your flight in real time, so no extra waiting fees are applied for normal delays.

Can I get an English receipt for business expenses?

Yes. English-language receipts and invoices are available for all corporate and business bookings. Monthly billing accounts are available for frequent business travelers.
